Billing, subscriptions & refunds
Carby subscriptions may be handled by Apple or Stripe depending on where you started checkout. Include your purchase email, device type, and the checkout route you used so we can find the right payment record quickly.
Access
Account and access
If you paid on web, open your plan from trycarby.com/my-plan or the Account page. Copy your Carby unlock code only if you also want to unlock the iPhone app. If the code does not unlock your plan, send the code and the device you are using.
You do not need an iPhone to use Carby. Your full web plan works in any browser, the iPhone app is optional, and there is no Android app yet.
