Why did Carby charge me?
Carby is a meal-planning subscription purchased on trycarby.com. This can be your first web payment or a scheduled renewal for a weekly or yearly plan.
Will this subscription renew?
Weekly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Lifetime access is a one-time payment and does not renew.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage or cancel subscriptionabove. You'll securely confirm your purchase email before Stripe shows your current plan and cancellation options.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting Carby removes the app from your phone, but it does not stop a subscription. Cancel through the secure cancellation page to stop future renewals.
Can I get a refund?
Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund an earlier charge. For a web purchase or renewal, see the refund options within 30 days of the charge.
