Why did Carby charge me?
You started a 7-day trial of Carby on trycarby.com, usually from a Facebook or Instagram ad. If the trial was not canceled before it ended, the plan began: $49.99 a year, or $4.99 a week on the weekly plan.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting the app does not stop the plan. Tap Cancel my subscription above and renewals stop the same day.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email hey@trycarby.com and we refund the charge in full immediately, no questions asked. You do not need to contact your bank.
