Billing Policy

Last updated July 23, 2026

This policy explains Carby's payment terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and disputes for purchases made on trycarby.com or through the Carby iPhone app.

Payment terms

Before you purchase, checkout shows the price and currency, any free trial, the amount due now, the billing interval, and the renewal terms. The receipt or purchase confirmation records the plan you selected.

By starting a paid plan or trial, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method when payment becomes due and at each renewal until you cancel. Stripe processes web purchases; Apple processes App Store purchases.

If a payment fails, the provider may retry it and Carby may limit paid access until payment succeeds. Carby does not collect or store your full card number.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal. You can manage a web subscription through Carby's secure cancellation page. App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple subscriptions.

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a previous charge. Stripe or Apple will show the cancellation status and when access to the paid plan ends.

Web refunds

For a web purchase or web renewal charged by Stripe, email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it under Carby's 30-day guarantee. Contact us from the purchase email and include the charge date, amount, or receipt if available.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Stripe says card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, although the exact timing depends on your bank.

App Store refunds

Apple controls App Store billing and decides App Store refund eligibility. Request an App Store refund through Apple's Report a Problem page. Canceling the subscription is a separate step in your Apple subscription settings.

Incorrect or unrecognized charges

If your statement shows TRYCARBY.COM/BILL, visit our charge explanation. If the amount, date, or subscription looks wrong, email us so we can locate the payment and correct an error quickly.

Include the purchase email, charge date, and amount. Never email a full card number or card security code.

Formal disputes

Contacting Carby before opening a bank dispute is usually the fastest way to identify or refund a web charge, but it is not required. This policy does not limit any rights you have with your bank, payment provider, or under applicable law.

If a formal card dispute is already open, the bank and card network control that process. Stripe does not allow a separate refund outside the dispute while it is open, so the charge must be resolved through the dispute process to avoid duplicate credits.
