How can I get a refund?
We totally understand — unexpected charges are frustrating, and we're here to help.
Bought on the web (Stripe)
Email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund you — that's our 30-day guarantee. Send the email you used at checkout (and the invoice or receipt if you have it) to hey@trycarby.com. No calls, no forms.
Yearly renewal charges work the same way: reach out within 30 days of the renewal and we'll sort it out.
Bought through the App Store
Apple handles those payments directly, so refunds go through Apple's refund page. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
Just want to cancel instead?
You can cancel anytime in two taps from your account — cancelling during a free trial means you're never charged at all.
